The area around Abersoch in North Wales is a popular tourist area with land for housing at a premium. Building to take advantage of some of the best sea views demands a high level of skill and ingenuity on the part of architects and builders alike.
The site chosen for this new house was some 20 metres below road level. Working with Owen Jones, of Abererch, Porthmadog Concrete was able to provide the necessary equipment for the safe and accurate placing of the concrete for the retaining walls, house foundations, base slab and new access roadway.
